Getting started...
Joining LighterLife is simple.
Over 100,000 people have successfully joined and lost
weight.
1. To join LighterLife you must have a BMI of at least 29.
Check your BMI now.
2. If your BMI is above 29, use your postcode to find the
Counsellor for your area. (Use the orange banner to the
left.)
3. Contact your chosen Counsellor and attend an
information session to collect the medical forms and have your
questions answered.
4. Make an appointment with your GP or practise nurse so
that they can fill in the forms the Counsellor will give you during
your information session.
5. Take the forms back to the Counsellor, join your group,
collect your foodpacks and start losing weight on LighterLife's
fast, safe, simple and sustainable programme.
